Returns & Exchange Policy


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 10 days (calendar days) to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and clothing tags. Your items needs to have the proof of purchase and all bikini bottoms must be returned with the hygienic protection on and not removed.
Conditions for return:

– Return the garment in its original condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
– Unworn, without odour or perfume.
– Not damaged, altered, stained or marked in any way.
– No returns if the clothing label is removed.

Before shipping an item back to us, please email a request authorisation from within 10 days of receiving your order.Please include your order number and reason for return so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible. We have the right to refuse unauthorised returns sent back to us.

The conditions of the exchange and return will be confirmed upon receipt of the return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return, if these conditions are not met. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address provided on the order confirmation email. If your order is purchased via store credit from a previous return, the order is not eligible for return.

We conduct a three stage quality test before dispatching all orders, in the event that the order does not arrive in the condition we have sent it out, please contact us immediately via email with images of the issues raised. We request all orders be checked thoroughly within 24 hours of receiving goods. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this point.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item by email. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
 We are not able to process exchanges at this moment in time.  If you would like to return your item as outlined in the above sections we will happily process a refund to you. You can then re-order online.
Return Shipping
All returns are to be organised by the customer. At this moment, Mohani cannot cover the returned shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Please update our team with the courier details so we can help monitor the return and update you accordingly.

If we are posting an exchange back out to you, we will cover the shipping costs for this
